Typical cheese from the Sorrento Peninsula and the Lattari Mountains. Produced only in the 13 municipalities of the "Provolone del Monaco" Consortium, it is a cheese with unique characteristics that reflects all the characteristics of the territory in which it is produced.

ATTENTION: Provolone del Monaco is produced and cut by hand, so both the weight of the segments and the whole provolone may vary slightly.
