Returns / Refunds Policy

Given the nature of the products sold (Food, Wine, Liqueurs, etc.) we do not accept returns / returns of the products purchased by the customer unless the order is withdrawn within the established timeframes (see Terms and Conditions of the Service)

Before shipping, the conformity of each individual product with what is shown/described on the site is carefully verified by the shipping manager who, as proof of the check, affixes the stamp/sticker with the Company logo on the package closed and ready for shipping.

Any discrepancies (e.g. product not corresponding to the order, brand different from that shown on the site, etc.) of the product received from what is described on the site must be demonstrated and represented by email with attached photos taken before the seal was broken inside of the container .

The Company, after having carried out the appropriate checks (and in any case no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the complaint), will evaluate the possibility of replacing the product at its own expense and will inform the customer.

The non-compliant product received must not be opened and must be returned to the address of origin in the same state in which it was received. for justified complaints, shipping costs and the amount paid for the non-compliant/damaged product will be refunded within 15 days

Customer dissatisfaction relating to the taste, flavor and aroma of the product are not considered discrepancies and any complaints in this regard will not be considered.

All products are sealed at the origin during production and are not altered and/or modified in any way during marketing/shipping operations
