The following terms and conditions apply to people (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") who make online purchases on this Shopify store (www.partenopefoodexperience.com) owned by Italybyskill Srl

Upon accessing, the customer confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions:

For the purposes of these General Conditions, final consumer means any natural person acting on his own behalf and/or representing a Company / Commercial entity hereinafter referred to as "Final Consumer").

The use of this site and/or the transmission of an order implies acceptance of what is contained in the information on cookies and on the Protection and Processing of personal data that the customer is required to read upon access.

Italybyskill Srl reserves the right to review and modify these General Conditions. The customer will be subject to the General Conditions in force at the time of access/order

Requirements

All adult users who are not subject to protection will be able to purchase online. The minimum amount accepted by the system is 35.00 EURO (VAT included).

Italybykill Srl sells exclusively genuine Italian wines and typical products produced directly and/or by the Italian farms and companies with which it works in partnership. In some cases, to satisfy specific requests from external customers, some products are purchased from Italian producers outside the pool and made available for online sale. Producers external to the pool are however selected and inspected by qualified personnel within the Company in order to verify their compliance with the high quality standards required by the ITALYBYSKILL SRL protocol. The certifications held by the producers are scrupulously verified at the time of selection.

The products presented are described in detail sheets accompanied by one or more photos. However, the colors may not correspond faithfully to the real ones due to the browsers or monitors used.

The final prices of the products include VAT and may be subject to updating. The user is responsible for checking the final sales price before sending the order.

Sales Guarantees

The General Conditions of Sale regulate purchases in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014) and by Legislative Decree no. no. 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce and are updated from time to time in the event of regulatory updates. The new General Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of publication on the site.

Payments

The financial information (credit/debit card number, expiry date, etc.) collected for the purpose of paying for the products and related shipping costs is collected via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted protocols used by payment service providers to distance accredited by the Shopify platform and cannot be viewed in any way by Italybyskill Srl

The purchase price and sedition costs will be charged at the time the order is confirmed/sent.

Payment can be made with credit, debit cards and via electronic money systems accredited by the Shopify platform.

Cheeses and cured meats are artisanal products whose weight may vary slightly. The weight indicated on the site is indicative. Variations within 5% (under or over) of the indicated weight are considered normal. For variations greater than 5% of the indicated weight, proceed as follows:

-Variation in weight (Actual weight less than the indicated weight paid by the customer: The customer will receive a discount voucher equal to the value of the difference between the actual weight and the weight indicated on the site. The discount voucher can be used on subsequent purchases.

-Variation in excess weight (Actual weight greater than the indicated weight paid by the customer): The customer will be contacted before shipping for acceptance of the extra cost or refund of the amount paid for the item.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any reason and return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, the customer is required to inform Italybyskill Srl by email (info@italybyskill.com) or by telephone (+39 3662117155) before the expiry of the period indicated above and send the products back to Italybyskill in the same state in which they were received. . Italybyskill is not responsible for any damage to the products caused by couriers which must be reported by the customer immediately to the delivery person upon arrival of the package. The customer will inform Italybyskill Srl of the receipt of the damaged package in order to benefit from Customer care assistance and access any promotions reserved for these events (if active on the date of receipt of the package).

In case of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded all costs charged to his payment card at the time of purchase, net of shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days (for goods not yet shipped at the time of withdrawal) or in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (subject to verification of their good condition). ITALYBYSKILL Srl reserves the right not to recognize the refund of the items subject to the withdrawal, returned in conditions different from those in which the customer received them.

The right of withdrawal for fresh, perishable products and/or with an expiry date of less than 7 days (such as mozzarella) will be guaranteed only if requested before shipping the product itself.
