Falanghina sparkling wine is a typical wine from Benevento with a light and shiny straw color, a pleasant smell, a fresh, soft, sparkling and aromatic flavor at the same time. It is a wine of moderate alcohol content to be served chilled between 6% and 8%, preferably with appetizers, light first courses, cheeses and all types of fish.
